Hello and welcome to Kippure Outdoor Education Centre, County Wicklow. With over 9 years experience we continue to lead the way in providing Ireland’s highest quality educational school tours, geography and ecology field studies, primary school tours as well as outdoor activity- and team building days.

Our friendly and professional team of instructors carries out field studies in keeping with the Irish Department of Education and Skills syllabus. In particular we run the river study for Leaving Certificate Geography students.

This study can also be of great educational value to other students interested in examining rivers, from Primary students, right up through Second Level.

We also carry out an Ecology study in our Oak woodland in keeping with the syllabus for the Leaving Certificate examination.

• Younger students enjoy our inspirational primary school tours, from nature walks through the woods to creative and fun programmes such as Pirate Training and Celtic Warrior Training. With 240 acres of private land there is plenty of space to explore and discover the natural flora and fauna of the Wicklow uplands.

• Other activities include outdoor adventure experiences on our High and Low Ropes course, Orienteering, Treasure Hunts and Bushcraft Survival Skills. All together they make for a very exciting and educational day for all abilities … a must for school tours and school trips.

• In addition we also cater for transition year and team building groups, providing the ideas, location, adventure activities and most definitely the ‘wow factor’.
